Brian Laundrie was ‘grieving’ when he vanished days before fiancee’s body was found

FOLLOWING the discovery of fugitive Brian Laundrie’s remains, authorities and citizens following the Gabby Petito case are questioning Brian’s state of mind before leaving for the Carlton Reserve in September. Laundrie family attorney Steven Bertolino told ABC News in a statement that Brian’s father, Chris Laundrie, claimed his son was “grieving” and seemed upset when he left for a hike. The Laundrie family originally said Brian left on September 14, but later revised that statement.
