Watch the New Trailer for the Salvatore Ferragamo Documentary, ‘Salvatore: Shoemaker of Dreams’

Calling all fashion history buffs! Sony Pictures Classics just dropped the official trailer for the new documentary following the life and career of legendary Italian footwear designer Salvatore Ferragamo. Salvatore: Shoemaker of Dreams, is directed by Call Me by Your Name’s Luca Guadagnino and is set to hit theaters in the fall of 2022. The official poster was also released and showcases Ferragamo’s Calipso stiletto — a strappy, slingback high-heeled sandal introduced in 1956.
