LVIV’s Mayor Andriy Sadovyi has accused Russia of deliberately targeting civilians after shelling and air strikes hit multiple targets across Ukraine killing seven people, according to officials. Andriy Sadovyi told Ukraine’s 1+1 TV channel: “This is genocide, this is the deliberate destruction of Ukrainians.” He said that seven people were killed and 11 injured – including a child – in Monday’s attack on Lviv.
