Kate Middleton pulled out all the fashion stops for a British fashion event held in London today. Looking gorgeous in green, the Duchess of Cambridge arrived at the Design Museum to hand out The Queen Elizabeth II Award for British Design at a ceremony hosted by the British Fashion Council.
