Italy OUT of World Cup after defeat to North Macedonia, Portugal through to final

ITALY are OUT of the World Cup after being stunned by North Macedonia. Aleksandr Trajkovski’s long range effort was enough to send the Balkan nation through to a final in Portugal. Cristiano Ronaldo and co were a little bit jittery at times but got the job done with a 3-1 semi-final victory over Turkey. Wales are also through to the final, but they don’t know yet when it will be as the other semi-final between Scotland and Ukraine has been delayed following the Russian invasion of Ukraine.
