Horror video seen from ex-Las Vegas Raiders star’s DUI crash as new charges announced

SHOCKING video footage shows former Las Vegas Raiders player Henry Ruggs III speeding not long before crashing into victim Tina Tintor’s car. Prosecutors claim that Ruggs III, 22, was twice the legal alcohol limit and was driving at 156 miles per hour when he reportedly attempted to slow down before skidding 570 feet and slamming Tintor’s Toyota Rav 4.
