THOUSANDS of families in Georgia could find a surprise EBT food stamp card worth $1,504 in the mail – and they didn’t have to sign up for it. The funds are to support families with children who are enrolled in Georgia schools to give help with groceries and food and should have started arriving from last Friday, according to the program’s website.
