Chris Noth axed from ‘The Equalizer’ following sex assault allegations

More bad news for “Sex and the City” alum Chris Noth. The actor has been dropped from the CBS series “The Equalizer” following allegations he sexually assaulted several women. Noth, 67, portrayed William Bishop on the drama, alongside star Queen Latifah. The beleaguered actor’s publicist has not responded to The Post’s request for comment. “Chris Noth will no longer film additional episodes of ‘The Equalizer,’ effective immediately,” Universal Television and CBS said in a statement.
