Child tax credit 2021 update – Infrastructure bill ‘inadequate’ as expanded child tax credit not addressed

CRITICS of the new infrastructure bill are calling the legislation passed by the House “inadequate,” as it does not address the expansion of the child tax credit. Progressive democrats were hoping the bill would address issues including child care, pre-K education, Medicare expansion and the enhanced child tax credit, as reported by CNBC.
