Bailey Circus family’s storied Westchester farm sells for $3.8M

A 19th-century Westchester County horse farm once owned by the Bailey family — of Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey Circus — has sold for $3.85 million. It first asked $6.95 million in 2017.
