Queen Elizabeth Steps Out with Princess Anne for Surprise Engagement

Queen Elizabeth has stuck to her home of Windsor Castle and Buckingham Palace this year, rarely venturing out to engagements outside the two royal residences. However, today, she joined her daughter Princess Anne in a surprise visit to open the new Thames Hospice building in Maidenhead, Berkshire.
