Andy Dick Released From Jail With No Charges After Sexual Battery Arrest

According to the Orange County Sheriff’s Department, the standup comic has not been officially charged with any crime as of yet, but he is still under investigation. He is scheduled to appear back in court on Wednesday, August 10, but if he is not charged in connection with the incident by the time the court date comes around, the case will be dismissed.
