Hacks Season 2: Sarcasm Is Still Their Love Language

In a trailer for the new season of Hacks, Ava (Hannah Einbinder) tells her boss, mentor, and frequent foil, the comedy legend Deborah Vance (Jean Smart), that while she might have been “on top” during her years doing stand-up in Vegas, Ava thinks that was the crest of a hill. “And now,” she adds, “you’re climbing a mountain.” The same could be said for the sophomore season itself.
