Monica had time early Wednesday to respond to reporter Patrick Howley after his disturbing comments about Black celebrities being present during this year’s CMT Awards. Following this year’s show, Howley made disturbing comments while speaking about the Black community as clips of Anthony Mackie, who served as one of the hosts for this year’s show, played in the background.
