The U.K. prime minister and the chancellor of the exchequer, Rishi Sunak, have “received notification that the Metropolitan Police intend to issue them with fixed penalty notices,” per a statement from a Downing Street spokesperson, following an investigation into lockdown parties that found the two had both breached the British government’s COVID-19 rules.
