One-time ‘$1,800 check payment’ could be on the way to families

RELIEF may be on the way for qualifying Connecticut families. A new law is being proposed in the state that may give some much-needed help to struggling families: a child tax credit. As tax season is rapidly approaching, Americans are looking for breaks where they can. Connecticut families are no different.
