UK weather forecast: Scorching ’28C heatwave’ to hit Brits soon as Met Office warn of strong gales & rain this weekend

THE Met Office has released yellow warnings for strong 50mph winds and heavy rain this weekend. The first weather warning is in place for parts of Cornwall and south-west Wales between 1pm and 7pm today, and so is expected that the conditions will cause disruption to travel and road.
