The Supreme Court Failed to Identify Roe Leaker. But How Hard Did It Try?

Immediately after Politico published a draft of Samuel Alito’s majority opinion overturning Roe v. Wade last spring, Chief Justice John Roberts ordered an investigation to get to the bottom of the “egregious breach” of the Supreme Court.
