DGA Nominations Boost Top Gun: Maverick, The Banshees of Inisherin, and More

There was no lack of giant spectacles for the Directors Guild to choose from when it came to nominating their picks for the five best directors in the year— and in the end the went for one of the biggest, nominating Top Gun: Maverick director Joseph Kosinski alongside more familiar awards season staples.
