12th Annual Halloween Party at Boom Boom Room Recap

Everyone knows that NYC does Halloween big, like nobody else (I mean there were a hundred different halloween celebrations throughout the week, leading up until Halloween itself) but THE Halloween hot ticket this year was the return of the Boom Boom Halloween party, at The Standard, High Line.
