The latest entry into the beloved “Home Alone” franchise hails from a stacked roster of comedy veterans. “Borat” and “Bridget Jones’ Baby” co-writer Dan Mazer directs the film from a screenplay by Mikey Day and Streeter Seidell of “Saturday Night Live” (and of Variety’s list of 10 Screenwriters to Watch in 2021).
